Redding Missfits Adrenaline win the Walt Zinko Playing League!!!!

The Missfits Adrenaline won the Walt Zinko Playing League that wrapped up this past weekend going 7-0.  The Adrenaline scored 24 goals and only allowed 1 all season!!

The Missfits Adrenaline opened up the scoring early in their second league game when Kylie Diaz scored 4 1/2 minutes into the game off an assist from Kili Franks.  The Adrenaline then scored right before half with a goal by "Beckawitz" off an assist by Jessie Toombs.  The next and final goal came in the 56th minute that was set up off of a corner kick Lexi Rubin.  Lexi hit a great ball that Beckawitz received and played to Kylie Diaz for her second goal of the match!!!  For the second straight match the Adrenaline defense came through with a shut-out!!!

The Missfits Adrenaline opened up league play on August 29th vs the Red Bluff Shockers in Red Bluff.  We came away with a 4-0 win.  Goals were scored by Kylie Diaz (1), Kili Franks (1), and Ali Franks (2).  It was another defensive effort that was lead by the strong play of the midfield!!!
